1. Reflection First — Never Forced Registration
You can explore The Power of Ask, browse the complete Prompt Library, and complete the 5 reflection steps of The One Ask Challenge™ before providing your name or email. When you choose to save or email your Ask Card, we request your first name, email address, and (for business asks) company name so the Ask Coach can deliver your card and optional 24-hour accountability check-ins.
2. Explicit Testimonial & Case Study Permission
Your reflections, Ask Cards, and 30-day outcomes are private by default. We never publish your story, outcome, or name as a testimonial or case study unless you explicitly check the opt-in permission box on the 30-Day Outcome form.
3. Email Preferences & One-Click Unsubscribe
Every accountability email includes a direct link to /preferences where you can adjust reminder cadence or unsubscribe from all emails in one click.
4. Event Attribution & Analytics
When you scan a QR code at a live keynote (such as ?event=EOPhiladelphia), we store an attribution cookie (poa_attribution) so we can measure how many attendees generate and send their asks. We do not sell visitor data to third parties.
